Digital Rights: IRMA sponsored by MP3 Download Google Ads!!!
1 Comment Published by bbt January 20th, 2006 in bernard, data protection, data retention, digitalrights, digitalrightsireland, google, irishblogs, music, runningwithbulls.comI get a link yesterday from someone (who shall remain nameless, unless they want to be named), to a thread on Boards.ie discussing IRMA’s alleged letter sending campaign to filesharers.
A open-eyed reader had a quick look at IRMA’s website and found….to shock and horror:

Now that is disgraceful! IRMA using filesharing and music download (from the look of the links, possibly illegal music downloads at that!).
I wonder if anyone from IRMA would be available for comment on how they appear to be cashing in on Google Adwords to make money? Or are they using it for more sinister means?

After doing a little more thinking, heres a few other points:
1. give the Fon AP owners a user editable portion of the landing page. This would allow them enter extra […]

He comments on a case heard in Liverpool Crown Court:
“Two council CCTV camera operators have been jailed for spying on a naked woman in her own home.
Mark Summerton and Kevin Judge, from Sefton Council, Merseyside, trained a street camera […]

0 Comments Published by bbt January 2nd, 2006 in bernard, irishblogs, personal, runningwithbulls.com, techA friend living in Dublin asked me recently for information on the RTE Analogue TV Transmission channels.
I remember keeping a note of them in the past when I used to play around with TV reception.
RTE’s website did have them in the past, but I cannot find them there now.
Although I did find what I needed […]
