Skimming through my feeds this morning, I look through the excellent Oasis.gov.ie feed and find something of interest for the St. Patrick’s festival this week.
St. Patricks Festival begins in Dublin this Wednesday. What events are taking place around the city?
If we were in Dublin, I would definately try to get to see “Frankie Gavin - […]

About 2/3 years ago, I remember being asked by a Guinness representative to take part in a Guinness consumer test (Do you drink Guinness? Yes I answered. If so, how often? I said often!) for a new product they were thinking of bringing out.
It turned out to be the now released Guinness Surger.

The device is […]

This morning I had a nice surprise when I got a short e-mail from Damián Vila, a fellow Fonero, from Spain.

> Good to hear from you.
> With regard to your query on who is […]

Ireland now has 7 fonspots operational. As more and more people hear of Fon, more will come live.
All of the people who won a Fon router at the Irish Blog Awards on Saturday, if you guys have […]

Well, I ignored the recommended way, and decided to do it “my style”…and managed to borke everything. Combined with the fact that we had some […]

I got my hands on an Eircom Advantage VOIP phone this morning to see how it works.
The handset looks standard business like. Grey, and buttons. Branded Eircom also.
When I connected it to our LAN, it firstly looked for our DHCP server (is it possible to give it a fixed IP?), then I presume got across […]
