Ireland has Áine Chambers & Spain has La terremoto de Alcorcón

Is she a professional, is she a budding amateur? The $64 million question.
La Terremoto de Alcorcon is Pepa Charro a Madrileña(no o :)), part of the irreverend theatrical company “Diabéticas Aceleradas“. Most definately a budding professional. Ahem.
La Terremoto de Alcorcon is Áine Chambers with a voice….and balls.
La Terremoto takes the work of Kylie Minogue (Can’t get you out of my head), Michael Jackson (Thriller) and Madonna (Hung Up) and give them a lease of new life…and some real attitude.
I would love to see La Terremoto and Áine doing a duet..maybe “Barcelona” that fantastic duet done by Montserrat Caballe and Freddie Mercury.
Until then, I will watch her music video and the billions of parodies that have been uploaded to You Tube and Google Video.
La Terremoto takes the boring English lyrics and translates them to wonderful Spanglish “Time goes by, so louly , time goes by, Con Loli, Vámonos con loli!BIS TIME”.
Diabéticas Aceleradas are nowadays based in Palma De Mallorca where they have a bar and resturant in which they perform for the unknowing, and very knowing clientele.
I wonder what it would take to get them to Ireland?
