Have been pretty quiet for the past week.

As some people know I was in Pamplona at the Feria De Sanfermin. The photos are coming…s l o w l y!

Anyway, finally I have managed to persuade (well not just me, but..hea!) the guys here to get into the future and supply free, ad-less RSS feeds for jobsearches.

You can get them for yourself pretty easily. Just do a search on IrishJobs, and when the results are served, you have your RSS button in the right of the results page.

Also, if your a My Google, My Yahoo, Bloglines, My MSN, or NewsIsFree user, you can get the results right on your portal page.

Just click on the “What is RSS?” link, and take the associated Portal link.

Some people have been doing some testing on it already, so please see if you like it.

There could be a few gremlins still there, so if there is any problem, please please let us know. The only way we will know to make it better, is if people let us know.

[UPDATE]: Some feedback from Damien on the feeds. A few points:

About the explanation, well we decided to put it on a seperate page just to stop any cluttering of the page. I will suggest they move the My * Portal links back to the main page.

Also, on the Bloglines, and  NewsReader links, thats a good idea. I will suggest them to the guys later on, when I get some more feedback.
