I’ve sneaked in this blog just to tell you that next Thursday 13th November is World Usability Day. This year’s theme is Transportation, and to celebrate, me and some colleagues will be doing “guerrilla” user testing for charity

It works like this:

  • You show up in The Dandelion Café Bar next Thursday at any time between 9 and 5
  • Find the Waldos (Hint: we will all be wearing the same t-shirt)
  • Sit down and do something on a transport-related website: €10 euro will go automatically to Concern and the Dublin Simon Community
  • Go on with your usual Thursday

Why coming?

  • You’ll see first hand how to run user testing McGyver style
  • You will help to spread the word about the importance of usable web design for everyone
  • You will be helping Concern and the Dublin Simon Community
  • You might even get some coffee
  • You can have a chat with us (if you are in the mood)

I better go before the real runnignwithbulls realises I was here!
