Description: The 3 or 4 hours before the encierro are really busy. Getting the streets clean, get the bottles, rubbish and drunk people cleared.
The callejón gets particular attention as it is the entrance to the Plaza De Toros, and the worlds eyes are on it daily.
The entrance is washed, cleaned, rubbish removed.
Then shortly before the encierro, it is wet to keep dust and sand down which can cause confusion.
