It is amazing how human tragedy goes along without being perceived. The story behind Ramones band is stunning, and the documentary End of the century presents it sincerely and without pretentions. 108 minutes well spent.

If you buy a ticket to Palma de Mallorca for a weekend in January, of course you don’t expect it to be hot, but you kinda hope for some warm breeze raising the temperature above Dublin’s current 4 degrees. Ja!! That’s what we are going to get:
