The chosen guest, Mayor, councillors, and other dignatories collect on the balcony, above the front gates of the building. The Mayor says the famous words, “Pamploneses, Pamplonesas. Viva Sanfermín! Gora Sanfermín! The rocket is fired, and then all hell breaks loose.
