Es un buen vino. It’s not the best of the years, but to make this find where we did, was alegría.
I had the pleasure of a tasting of Palacios’ wines in Berry Brus Y Rudd a few years ago given by Mr. Palacios himself.
I knew liked him for a reason, he’s another Sanferminero profesional.
It’ll make tonight’s dinner that much nicer.
- Little gem lettuce
- Some greens (take your pick)
- As fresh as possible halloumi cheese (no mint)
- Grated carrot
- Sweet corn
- Ventresca tuna
- Red onion
- Nocerella olives
- Lashings of extra virgin olive oil
- Lashings of thick balsamic vinegar concentrate (get it from the olive oil man in Broadway Market)
- Glass of red 🍷 to taste
